Who we are

D&V Partners arranges card payment, merchant account and business funding services for UK businesses. You can contact us about this notice at rafi@dvpartners.org.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you're asking about and any message. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send us there.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote or an application with a payment provider or funder. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you have sent us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Website enquiries are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, an email form service. If you go ahead with a quote, we share the details needed with the acquirer, payment provider or funder you choose, for example YouLend for a merchant cash advance. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep your records for as long as we provide services to you and for as long afterwards as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email rafi@dvpartners.org. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
